Author Reading

As an educator and author, I love working with children of all ages. During my standard author readings, I will visit your classroom or organization (virtually or in-person), read Operation Feed the Ducks with Marlee the Mathematician, and engage your learners in a rich Q&A session.

Reading & Co-Teaching

These sessions are designed to include an author reading along with a mathematics lesson. After reading Operation Feed the Ducks, I will facilitate a mathematics activity based on the story's content. These sessions require a discovery/pre-planning call so we can discuss the current standards you are working on to ensure this session is developmentally appropriate for your learners. I am happy to lead this session individually or co-teach with the classroom teacher, math coach, parent (for homeschools), or other partner.
