  • What ages are your books suitable for?
    Our books are great for children aged 2 to 8. Very young children will surely enjoy the story and vibrant illustrations even if they aren’t ready to engage with the mathematical content yet. We will soon have various activity books to accompany our picture books, providing differentiated content for your learner(s). Please read the activity book descriptions to determine which is best for your needs. Or…buy them all!
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. At our on-site events, we also accept tap-to-pay and Zelle. Contact us to arrange an invoice and payment plan for bulk orders.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Orders are typically processed 2-3 business days after receipt. Processing times may take longer on weekends and holidays. Shipping time for books can vary depending on your location, weather, and other factors. Please refer to the tracking number received after your order shipped for the most accurate information. We offer free shipping in the United States for all purchases over $50. We do not currently ship internationally. We do encourage Marlee’s international fans to purchase our items available for digital download.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We hope you love your purchase. We also understand that things happen. Therefore, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please author@marleelovesmath.com We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method minus shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or financial institution to process your refund. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Do you accept exchanges?
    We only offer exchanges if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct one.
  • What if I receive damaged items?
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us at author@marleelovesmath.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Do you offer author visits ?
    Yes! We love doing classroom and school visits, author readings and crafts, and Math with Marlee sessions. We are also excited to provide professional learning experiences for teachers, homeschool groups, and coaches. Email us at author@marleelovesmath.com to inquire about our opportunities.
  • Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
    We absolutely do! Orders over 25 are considered bulk and are eligible for discount. For information on bulk orders, please email author@marleelovesmath.com. We would be happy to assist you.
  • Do you partner with community-based organizations or provide donations?
    Yes. From time to time, we partner with local, national, and international organizations and non-profits aligned with our mission via our Marlee on the Move initiative. Please contact us at author@marleelovesmath.com for more information.
