What ages are your books suitable for?

Our books are great for children aged 2 to 10. Very young children will surely enjoy the story and vibrant illustrations. Younger children also benefit from hearing the reader count, even if they aren’t ready to engage with the mathematical content yet.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. At our on-site events, we also accept tap-to-pay and Zelle.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed 2-3 business days after receipt. Processing times may take longer on weekends and holidays. Shipping time for books can vary depending on your location, weather, and other factors. Please refer to the tracking number received after your order shipped for the most accurate information.

We offer free shipping in the United States for all purchases over $50.

We do not currently ship internationally. We do encourage Marlee’s international fans to purchase our items available for digital download.

Do you accept returns?

Accepted Answer

We hope you love your purchase. We also understand that things happen. Therefore, we have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method minus shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or financial institution to process your refund.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you accept exchanges?

We only offer exchanges if you received the wrong item(s). Please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will promptly send you the correct one.

What if I receive damaged items?

Yes! We love doing classroom and school visits, author readings and crafts, and Math with Marlee sessions. We are also excited to provide professional learning experiences for teachers, homeschool groups, and coaches. Email us at author@marleelovesmath.com to inquire about our opportunities.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
